FIRST PERSONAL RECORD

I deadlifted 45 kg today. How's that for a first personal record?

I was told that to be considered strong, one has to be able to deadlift two times body weight. Way to go.....

By the way, I got my fat percentage. Currently at 29%. As expected. My target is to lose another 10%. Way to go.....
